The processing of personal data and the use of cookies on the website of the “Wings of Dream” foundation.
This Policy sets out how personal data is processed and how cookies are used on the website of the Wings of Dream charitable foundation.
General provisions
The Policy has been prepared in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27.07.2006 “On Personal Data” and sets out the procedure for processing the personal data of website users, together with the measures taken to ensure its security.
By using the site and submitting data through the feedback forms, the user confirms agreement with the terms of this Policy.

What data we process
Data the user provides directly through the forms on the site: name, telephone number, email address and the text of the enquiry.
Data transmitted automatically when the site is visited: IP address, browser and device information, the date and time of the visit, and cookie data.
The foundation does not process special categories of personal data or biometric personal data on the site.
Purposes of processing
Personal data is processed in order to respond to the user’s enquiry, to organise the volunteer and partnership work of the foundation, and to keep the site running safely and securely.
The data is not used for mailings unrelated to the user’s enquiry without their separate consent.
Legal grounds and consent
The legal ground for processing is the consent of the personal data subject, given by an affirmative action: ticking the relevant checkbox in a form or in the banner on the site.
Consent may be withdrawn at any time — simply send a message to info@blago.moscow. Once consent is withdrawn, processing ceases and the data is deleted, unless the foundation has other lawful grounds for storing it.
Cookies
Cookies are small files saved in the user’s browser. Technically necessary cookies ensure the basic operation of the site and remember the choices the user has made, including the decision taken on the consent banner.
Other (analytical and statistical) cookies are used only once the user has given consent. Declining them does not restrict access to the content of the site.
To collect anonymised visit statistics, the site uses the Yandex Metrica service (YANDEX LLC, 119021, Moscow, Lev Tolstoy St., 16). The service is enabled only once the user has given consent and collects anonymised data about visits: the referral source, pages viewed, device and browser type, and actions on pages. The terms on which the service processes data are published at yandex.ru/legal/confidential.
The user may at any time delete saved cookies and prevent them from being written using their browser settings.
Storage and transfer of data
Personal data is stored no longer than the purposes of processing require and is processed within the territory of the Russian Federation.
The Foundation does not sell personal data and does not transfer it to third parties, except in cases expressly provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
Legal, organisational and technical measures provided for by Article 19 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ are applied to protect the data.
User rights
The user has the right to obtain information about the processing of their personal data, to require that it be corrected, blocked or destroyed, and to withdraw consent to processing.
