Project “Generation of the Victors”

A music and educational project bringing together young musicians and songwriters from all four regions of Novorossiya — the DPR, the LPR, and the Zaporizhzhia and Kherson regions.

Generation of the Victors of Novorossiya

A competition, an educational programme, a gala concert and digital distribution within a single system for supporting talent and integrating the culture of the macroregion into the wider Russian space.

From destruction — to creation. From silence — to music.

Competition

An open competition for songwriters and performers from every region of Novorossiya. Each finalist receives a professional arrangement of their composition and a studio recording.

Education

A series of masterclasses and intensive courses with leading experts from Moscow at the “30/09” Youth Centre (Donetsk), the largest of its kind in Russia.

Gala concert

At the restored Drama Theatre of Mariupol on 20 May — an audience of up to 1,000. Performances by the finalists and by stars of Russian popular music.

Digital distribution

Release of the tracks on leading Russian music services, a documentary film, and a live broadcast of the gala concert.

The Wings of Dream Charitable Foundation, led by Vladimir Kovalev. The organiser’s family roots are in Mariupol, with years of humanitarian work across the regions of Novorossiya and the medal “For Contribution to Victory in the Special Military Operation”.
